  REFUND POLICY

  • We want you to feel secure in your purchase. If you’re not satisfied with your product, you may request a refund within 30 days of the purchase date.

  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

  2. Return Process

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return.

  3. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
